First Class Dental - Mobile Messaging Terms of Services

By "Opting In" to or using the First Class Dental Mobile Text Messaging Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Mobile Terms of Service. These terms govern the text messages sent by First Class Dental to your mobile device. 

1. Program Description & Types of Messages

When you opt into our Service, you can expect to receive informational, transactional, and operational text messages from First Class Dental. These messages include, but are not limited to: 
    • Patient appointment reminders and schedule updates.
    • Billing statements, invoice notifications, and payment requests.
    • Direct customer support responses regarding your account or services.

Note: First Class Dental does not utilize this Service for promotional marketing or advertising purposes.

2. Texting Cadence & Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with our services and your account activity. You will only receive messages relevant to your ongoing transactions, appointments, or billing actions. 

3. Message and Data Rates Notice

First Class Dental does not charge a fee for our text messaging service. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Check your mobile plan with your wireless provider for specific details on text messaging and data rates.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel and opt out of the Service at any time. To stop receiving text messages from First Class Dental, simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you explicitly opt back into the program.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for any delayed, misdirected, or undelivered text messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission from your network operator.
